Two days of training designed for any in leadership (lay, ordained, stipendiary, paid or voluntary) in our churches.

Bullying and Harassment
The day will give a basic understanding about bullying and harassing behaviours, and considers some basic techniques to create good practices in ministry that can address negative behaviour.

Consider your 'conflict style', and how you respond in difficult or tense situations. Explore how conflict escalates in a church context and begin to consider some tools to de-escalate conflict.
