There are a few things going on which I would like to invite you and your churches, circuits and districts to engage with:
a) Join in with social media and use the website -- see 1 below
b) Invite people to attend the events which are coming up -- see 2,3,4 below
c) Invite people to use the new developing vocational resources from Methodist Publishing -- see 5,6,7 below

What is going on?
Love This Calling is a campaign to celebrate a range of vocations in gathered and scattered church and to build our confidence as we explore our own sense of calling in the time and place we find ourselves. There are social media posts, a website, some events, and some resources.

What could you do?

* Invite you to visit the website, and to 'like' the following social media pages, and share the content with your groups.

* Twitter twitter.com/MethodistVocat1 https://twitter.com/MethodistVocat1
* Facebook www.facebook.com/DevelopingVocations http://%09www.facebook.com/DevelopingVocations
* Instagram www.instagram.com/methodistvocations/ http://%09www.instagram.com/methodistvocations/
* Website www.Methodist.org.uk/LoveThisCalling http://www.Methodist.org.uk/LoveThisCalling
* (there will even be a Frame for your profile pic on FB and Twitter and an invitation for you to share some of your sense of calling)

* Invite people who are considering a call to ordained ministry to attend a morning, online for those Exploring Ordained Ministry on Saturday 17th April www.methodist.org.uk/for-churches/ministries/called-to-ordained-ministry/ordination-exploration-days/ free to give to individuals exploring a sense of calling, or to use in groups. www.methodistpublishing.org.uk/books/MVW-CTB-20/called-to-be £1 is for individuals to jot down, or draw, their responses to some reflection questions (that will be available from 20th March, and pre-order next week)

* A free magazine style resource for church leaders to help churches be strategic about developing vocations (that will be available from 15th May)
