Glazebury Film Club — showing Paddington 6pm Saturday 3rd February.

Adapted from Michael Bond`s beloved books, PADDINGTON follows the comic misadventures of a polite young Peruvian bear with a passion for all things British, who travels to London in search of a home. Finding himself lost and alone at Paddington Station, he begins to realise that city life is not all he had imagined — until he meets the kind Brown family.

Great film for all the family.
Free to watch, bring and share cinema treats.

Although there is humour in this absurd story, there is little to laugh about. Jonah is as obsessed as Captain Ahab; not with the whale but with his own brand of religion. The Revd Tom Stuckey, from his Introduction to Jonah in...
