Transforming the World by meeting the needs of our community as God's people

Here we seek to create a place where people feel a connection with others, whilst being supported, nurtured and inspired to fulfil God's Vision — one day the whole earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.

Our worship is a mix of traditional and contemporary style and we are using modern and historic songs that enable us to express our hearts in God-exalting worship.

We are committed to expository preaching of the Bible in a way that helps us apply it to our lives. We are convinced that the word of God remains utterly relevant to us all.

At the service, adults and children are together for worship for the first part of the service. Our children and young people then leave for their own groups where they enjoy teaching appropriate for their age. After the sermon we usually spend a short time in worship, responding with our hearts to what we have heard during which time the Children and Young People may return and share with us.

The worship service usually finishes around 11.00 when we join together for refreshments, where you find a great opportunity to meet people, get to know each other and share the joys and trials of everyday life!

Once each month we share our Communion service, where we remember and thank God for Christ's sacrifice of Himself for us. We welcome everyone who knows and loves the Lord Jesus to take part in this with us.

Culcheth are particularity excited by the 'Well Project' a far reaching vision that seeks to connect church and community through
+ The engagement of a Youth Worker for School, Community and Church.
+ The redevelopment of the welcome space to provide opportunity for refreshment and conversation in Modular seating, tables WiFi, along with books, periodicals and beverage refreshment.
+ The opening of the Sanctuary to the welcome space by the installation of a glazed sliding door
+ Development of the AV system especially focus on vision and hearing impaired
+ Employment of a church Administrator to assist the church in the ever increasing administrative and governance requirements.

These plans are well underway and the church has commissioned a fund raiser and an architect to further the work, we are hopeful of seeing this development take real shape over the coming months.

Do come along and see for yourself how knowing God changes everything.
